What we'll ask you for

5 document areas. Share what you have now — the application guides you through all 4 steps, and we'll only ask for what applies to your situation.

  1. Education

    Proof of your nursing training.

    • Diploma, degree, or completion certificate
    • Official transcripts

  2. Licensure

    Proof you are licensed to practice.

    • Current nursing license or registration

  3. Nursing exams

    Scores if you have them.

    • NCLEX or other exam results (if applicable)

  4. English proficiency

    Scores only if they apply to you.

    • IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or OET report — or an exemption may apply

  5. ID & photo

    So we can verify who you are.

    • One government-issued photo ID
    • One passport-style color photo

Don't worry if something is missing — we'll tell you exactly what to upload as you go across all 5 areas, and you'll need to reach out to your schools when verification is required. If you're paying yourself, upload first and pay a one-time fee when you're ready to start the 10 business day review clock.
